What does Evidaxia do?

Evidaxia is an independent health economics, market access and global health consultancy. We build economic models and evidence packages, prepare HTA and EU JCA submissions, support pricing and reimbursement, and help NGOs, charities and public health programmes measure and communicate their impact.

How is Evidaxia different?

Our founder worked inside NICE as an HTA Technical Lead and Analyst, so we build evidence the way assessors read it. The senior person who scopes your project does the work, from the first model to the final meeting.

Do you support HTA submissions and the EU JCA?

Yes. We support NICE, SMC, AWMSG, NCPE, CDA-AMC and EU JCA work, from early advice and PICO scoping to the dossier, clarification questions, resubmission and price negotiation.

Which therapy areas and technologies do you cover?

Our work spans oncology, rare diseases, cell and gene therapy, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, respiratory, haematology and women's health, for medicines, advanced therapies, devices, diagnostics and digital health.

Do you work with NGOs, charities and global health organisations?

Yes. We help them with situation analysis, MEAL, costing, return on investment, advocacy and campaigns. We also take on pro bono partnerships with selected community organisations, charities and patient groups.

How do engagements work?

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation 30-minute call about the decision ahead. We then agree the scope, deliverables and timelines before work starts, and the senior consultant who scopes the work delivers it.

Do you provide health communications, policy and advocacy support?

Yes. We provide policy analysis and benchmarking, stakeholder mapping, public affairs, policy briefs and consultation responses, health communications, media relations and advocacy campaigns, for companies, NGOs, governments and patient groups.

Where are you based?

We are based in the EU and work across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada and the US, and with global health programmes in low- and middle-income countries.

Testimonials

What clients say

HTA submission
“We needed a submission that would meet the committee's evidence standards on a tight timeline. The economic case was clear, the clinical arguments were grounded in the evidence, and clarification questions were answered quickly. The appraisal reached a positive recommendation.”
Market Access Lead, mid-size biotech company
NCPE, Ireland
“Our NCPE rapid review had a short window and several open questions on the model. Evidaxia identified the key issues quickly and delivered a clean, fully documented submission. The process went more smoothly than I expected.”
HEOR Director, global pharmaceutical company
EU JCA
“Joint clinical assessment is new territory for most teams, ours included. The PICO scoping was thoughtful, the indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analysis were transparent, and the dossier was ready when we needed it. We went into the process with confidence.”
Global Market Access Lead, oncology company
Model adaptation
“We handed over a global model and got back a Canadian adaptation for CDA-AMC that was easy to audit and easy to explain to payers. Assumptions were documented, every change was traceable, and questions got direct answers.”
Account Director, pharmaceutical company
Pricing strategy
“The pricing analysis helped us decide where to focus and what to expect from international reference pricing. It gave the team a clear view of the trade-offs rather than a long list of options.”
Head of Pricing and Access, biotech company
Advisory board
“Having someone in the room who understands both how HTA bodies think and the economics behind their decisions made the advisory board far more useful. The advice was practical, and it changed how we planned our evidence generation.”
VP Market Access, MedTech company
